Developed for large-scale cooking environments, the ULMACooker is a high-efficiency pellet burner delivering up to 20 kW of output.
With automated ignition, PLC control, and adjustable heat levels, it brings modern precision and clean combustion to institutional kitchens.
Built with stainless and heat-resistant steel, ULMACooker features a top-fed burner design, advanced safety systems (including flame detection, overheat protection, and backdraft prevention), and a self-feeding auger system for consistent, unattended operation.
The system is optimized for 6–8 mm wood pellets and can be retrofitted onto most firewood stoves. Designed for reliability, simplicity and safety – the ULMACooker is a complete solution for cleaner, cost-efficient cooking with up to 97% combustion efficiency.
